Urgent Help Required About Building Website!!!

edwin said: "hello, you may want to use html. that is the basic code that makes up websites. you can use any text editor program to create the html, and an ftp program to upload it. if you're more interested in graphics, you can use a program like frontpage 2003 or dreamweaver."
