My pc came with it. search for "Hp media center Pc m7160n" and you should see it's features."

As for the tuner, when I bought my pc I got the one with the tuner card thinking it would have video outputs, it doesn't but when I was reading my manual it said outputs was an optional extra but didn't come with my pc. On the plus side it has audio out so I have my pc connected to my surround system and have 4000 songs at my fingertips with out having to worry about cd's getting scratched up."
