Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's a .... car???

tracepeople said: "Check out the flying car on google earth:- http://www.theregister.com/2006/01/23/flying_car/"

raven said: "LOL. That is cool! :p"

chris3471 said: "I want a fwying car.:("

tracepeople said: "drive off a bridge then :D lol"

chris3471 said: "Nah, I think I'll pass."

Sharky said: "lol thats so cool!"

tracepeople said: "so what do you think it was? 1) a prototype hovercar. 2) a car being thrown / dropped and the picture was taken when it was in mid-air. 3) a picture error 4) an optical illusion 5) a joke by the google staff."

chris3471 said: "Or an alien space craft that resembled a flying car."

Sharky said: "it could be possible it is a prototype hover car but it would have to be so much bigger than that, so i think its most likely to be a error by google."

edwin said: "the world's fastest car is very impressive also"

tracepeople said: "well, I wouldn't try to describe soemthing I know nothing about - hover cars by size. as we just don't know what one'd look like. it is such a google joke, though. I can't wait until they start a where's waly game on google earth :)"

Heather said: "It looks like a box to me. Someone having some fun.."

chris3471 said: "I think a hovercar would probably be bigger and I doubt a prototype flying car would look much like a real car at all. A real car just wouldn't be balanced well enough to hover level without wasting a lot of energy. If I was to attempt to make a flying car the first thing I would do would be to make a car that was perfectly balanced, to do that the engine would be directly in the center and there would probably need to be some type of electronic leveling system to make adjustments for weight changes such as passengers and cargo and possibly even for fuel consumption. A real flying car would be a lot different from say a hovercraft, a hovercraft only gets a few inches of lift, a flying car I would expect would have to be able to fly at over 100 feet in order to be an effective method of transportation. That being said a flying car would also have to be aerodynamic, once you leave the ground the slighest miscalculation can lead to disaster."

Heather said: "I used to have dreams about having a flying bed when I was a kid. They were hair raising! Haven't had any lately, though.."

chris3471 said: "You were watching bedknobs and broomsticks or Mary Poppins right?"

Heather said: "Nope. It was weird. Somehow I'd fly out (on the bed) through our garage. I'd fly all over, and then when the dream was over, I'd have one of those "drop" feelings.."

chris3471 said: "I hate those falling dreams, I used to have this recurring dream as a kid where I was falling out of a tree and I would always wake up on the floor. Fell out of bed I guess."

Darren said: "Teeth falling out dreams are the worst."

chris3471 said: "It's worse when it's reality."

Darren said: "I hate that. My mother used to have some bad dentures and it haunts me to this day."

Heather said: "I want to keep all of my teeth for the rest of my life.."

Darren said: "
I want to keep all of my teeth for the rest of my life..
I know that about you :)"

tracepeople said: "That siad, I think if you had to chose a body part to lose, everyone would go for their teeth as that's common anyway and you can always get dentures."

edwin said: "i know one body part i could never lose because i use it so much :)"

chris3471 said: "
i know one body part i could never lose because i use it so much :)
We don't want to know Edwin!"

chris3471 said: "
I want to keep all of my teeth for the rest of my life..
You can keep them but they may not always be in your mouth. You could make a necklace from the ones that fall out, then at least you could say you have all your teeth.:D"

Heather said: "None of my teeth are going to fall out! I've been blessed with virtually trouble free chompers. I've only had one cavity in all these years.."

chris3471 said: "You're lucky, I may possibly have 1 tooth that doesn't have a cavity but it's doubtful."

edwin said: "i am good to go. i go every 6 months."

Darren said: "I didn't see a dentist for about 5 years. I had plenty of troubles. That's when I used to have the dreams about teeth falling out. Dr. Weidman (Weedman?) took care of all that :)"

Heather said: "I wonder what the dream of all of your teeth falling out means? That you should see a dentist, maybe?"

Darren said: "It has to. Once I went, it all cleared up."

tracepeople said: "don't even try to find the meanings of dream you'll end up like freud - taking enough cocaine to kill a rabbit."

Darren said: "I don't spend a ton of time analysing dreams."
