Neutron2k said: "Hey guys, just to let you all know that tomorrow I will be posting an entry on my blog at n2kdesign regarding a personal life change that is now taking place in my career. If anyone of my friends here are interested, please check my blog tomorrow. I would post the details now but I've made my daily posting now and i think tomorrow will be a better time to place it, and i'd rather only have to post it in one place rather than on various forums."

Heather said: "I'd read it earlier if you'd post it up.. or tell us.."

Neutron2k said: "ah you'll have to wait for the blog entry lol"

Heather said: "I was meaning to ask if this means you're changing residences as well?"

Neutron2k said: "no, i'll still be living at home with my parents for a while yet. Don't think i'll ever be able to afford a place of my own - even renting. At least not until my car loan is paid off in 3.5 years :( Very depressing."

Heather said: "Gotcha.. Is it a futher commute than what your making now?"

edwin said: "that is tough on the old love life! :hitit2:"

Neutron2k said: "its not too bad. At present i'm a 3 minute drive away to where I work. I work in Ashurst Lodge in the new forest. very nice place. quiet, wildlife etc. my own office and theres tennis courts and swimming pools. Gonna miss the place a lot. The new place is about 15 min drive so not too bad."

Sharky said: ":o tennis courts, swimming pools!!! I should start looking for jobs like that :D."

Neutron2k said: "good luck mate.its a one off."

Heather said: "Sounds like you had some pretty nice amenities at your old job, N2K. Have you spent any time at your new job yet?"

Sharky said: "He has something like 20 days to go before he starts the new job."

Savanna said: "Yeah Nuetron2K! Way to go mate. :party: :party:"

Sharky said: "He has a countdown on his site :)."

raven said: "I'm curious. Does the British term "mate" only refer to males?"

Sharky said: "nope, male and female :)"

Heather said: "Wouldn't a girl be called "matey"?"

Savanna said: "The countdown has to be getting close to an end by now, doesn't it?"

Neutron2k said: "another 11 days I think its at now. I just came out of hospital after a minor op. As a result, i'm off work for the rest of this week, with the potential to be signed off for another week or two. as last week is my next full week I shall be going in regardless. I then have one monday, and over to my new jobon the tuesday. no breaks :( Am looking forward to it. things have been going downhill a bit recently for me in a number of ways but this should get me mind off things :D"

Sharky said: "not long till your bday Upcoming: neutron2k (25 on Mar 18). :) that will take your mind off it."

Savanna said: "What kind of operation did you have? I hope that you're feeling better. :th_coolio:"

Neutron2k said: "wihtout getting too gory, I had somthing rather large cut out from under my arm. Was only hospital for two days but i have to see the dr for a month as I now have an open wound under my arm and the dressings need changing daily. They have to keep the wound open so it heals backwards so having the dressings changed involves having stuff shuvved into me arm lol. Very pleasant experience."

Heather said: "Ouch. I hope that you are feeling better and the new job is going well.."

Sharky said: "Oh yeah the new job I think i scanned a blog post you wrote going good then?"

Savanna said: "Maybe he can't get on the internet from his job anymore?"

Heather said: "How are things going for you? Do you like the new job N2K!"

Neutron2k said: "hey guys yeah all is brilliant at my new place. been moving on with my life after a very bad feb 07 but starting to get back on track. The new job is great and theres a slight possibility I may actually be taking on the design work as well now. It was never going to be part of my job buit after demonstrating my skills off my own back, i've been given a redesign of a site to do. Hopefully the clients will want it! What happened to all the forums here?! Even more have vanished!!! Was good to see you over at my blog heather :) You should register at the n2kdesign forums to! Anyway else that needs any help can always find me there! Hope all is well with everyone here. I'll be around still and I still have net at work. I take my laptop in with me and have two systems running side by side hehe."

There were too many forums and not enough activity to warrant them. Your blog is coming along nicely, but for some reason my name didn't have a link in it and I got a javascript error?"
