I would use your blog over a directory, though. The blog is already established, so you should be able to sell sidebar links quite easily."

I don't charge people for links and I don't expect to be charged for links either :)
Also what are you basing your claim on? Do YOU get a lot of traffic from paid links, or are you just going by what you've read in articles? lol
