1969 Cache dates.

Heather said: "I have been seeing some of these dates in the cache. Does anyone have any idea what the heck this is? Just a technical glitch?"

edwin said: "very good question. it's been going on for a few months and i haven't seen an official answer from google."

Darksat said: "Its a google time travel experiment. :D actually Im fairly sure that the time on one of thier computer centers is wrong, either that or they are plaing a joke. I will find out if you really want to know."

edwin said: "it's been a few weeks or maybe a month now. maybe they have real technical problems."

Darksat said: "try over 3 months."

edwin said: "well then, are they really geniuses? they can't figure out this problem in 90 days!"

Darksat said: "Perhaps its a feature, if they dont like your site they stick it on a buggy data centre. perhaps its a nerd joke, (even though I dont get it)."

Darren said: "I think it just means "no date". When they'll stamp it, I'm not sure. If it was as simple as a mis-placed variable, I'm sure they would have fixed it by now."

Darksat said: "Makes, sense, anyone checked if all these 1969 caches come from the same data center."

edwin said: "i haven't. do you use a tool to check the different data centers?"

Heather said: "It just looks really weird. Out of place. Maybe it is some sort of an old index that it reverts to from time to time? I haven't noticed too many of these yesterday."

Darksat said: "Post a few urls and I will check them out for you."

edwin said: "you'll become famous if you crack the case, inspector darksat! ;)"

Darksat said: "I value my privacy, il settle for infamous, oh wait already there."
